Where can i get replacement bands

I worked with Macal's Warehouse through Amazon. He is very knowledgeable and seems to have "extra" items. Ask Amazon to have this vendor connect with you via e-mail. We are super satisfied with our experience working with Macal's Warehouse!

Does all the pieces come with it?
