I’m replacing a smaller knife block that has given me great service but won’t hold all my knives anymore. This arrived today and I immediately transferred all my knives to it. Every knife slipped easily into its intended slot, and none were too long, not even my very long bread knife. Not only does it hold ALL the knives I wanted it to hold (including three new ones), but it also coordinates beautifully with my cherry cabinets! The quality appears to be very high. It was even packaged with fantastic attention to keeping it safe, but the packaging was very easy to dismantle. I’m so excited about this purchase and I feel it truly improves my kitchen! I absolutely recommend this knife block!

This is a good knife holder. We had to replace our previous knife holder (termites) and I am glad that I bought this one. It holds all the knives that fit in the other holder plus several others that were scattered around. Great to have all the knives and the steel sharpeners in one place.

This is an amazing block sturdy with plenty of room for blades. Should accommodate almost every variety of knife (aside from the very large asian cleaver type) It has a beautiful finish and wipes down clean on the outside Does not slide around on the counter and doesnt take up a large amount of space (footprint) Highly recommended

I'm very happy with the knife storage block. It has plenty of room for all of my knives. However, I ordered the dark wood and received the light wood. It will be too much trouble to return the item, so I'm keeping it.

I just bought my first house and my boyfriend and I combined all of our belongings. I'm frugal by nature, so I wasnt going to throw away perfectly good knives, even though they weren't the most aesthetic. I do enjoy things looking pretty, so I spent a decent chunk of time finding a universal knife block that would work. This one is a solid A. I'm able to fit a cleaver, 2 santokus, serrated, chefs, utility, and some bone/pairing knifes. The bottom section fits 8 steak knifes perfect. The blade sharpener slides right in. Cons: Be mindful when moving. The blade sharpener hole goes all the way through the bottom. If you aren't mindful when moving the knife block, this can scratch up your counters. I wish they had closed off the hole. There isn't a designated scissor section. I may look into a magnetic strip to put behind the block for the scissors. They technically "fit" but it's poor, the hole isn't quite wide enough for the plastic. Overall I'm really pleased and would reccommend. Great price. Thanks! -sara

Worth the money! This knife block is gorgeous!! Well made and holds all my knives!! I purchased this to replace my current knife block as it did not hold my steak knives. This new block holds all my knives including the new set of 8 steak knives!! It is not only beautiful but functional. It does have sliding feet on the bottom but they did not slide well on my counter. I just added some appliance sliders Works perfectly

Love the size of this knife block. Wanted something with larger slots for my wider knives that would fit under my kitchen cabinets without issues when pulling out the knives and this fit the bill perfectly. Wood looks nice and matches my other knife block great; only wish I had enough knives to fill it :)

I am extremely pleased with this excellent knife block which stores my good set of carving knives which have wooden handles approximately the same hue as the acacia wood of the knife block, and which also stores a set of steak knives and a couple of paring knives. Not only is it convenient and practical, it takes up almost no space on my countertop. As a work of art, it stands out. Good value for money in comparison to many other knife blocks selling for twice the price.
