Unfortunately the product is underperforming
It was difficult to get it going at the start as it kept turning off and on. Once it stopped for a while once we had the program's going they would buffer and freeze, the mag box would keep turning itself off. The remote came damaged too witch was also quite disappointing.

Very fast, not real 4K...yet
I does produce 4K video, albeit not in 4K resolution. Maybe it can be fixed at a later firmware update.
