Great for hair.
Easy to take ( not huge pills) and have reversed an upsetting loss of hair at one side of temple within a month. I never realised a lack of Vitamin D could cause a problem with hair. It has to be taken with vitamin K to be effective so combined this really worked for me. It took 4/5 weeks before I noticed a real difference but it’s really great now. Highly recommend for anyone experiencing problems with hair fall.

I take just half a tablet
I vary the amount of this I take depending whether I’m going to get sunlight that day. Sometimes I snap a tablet in half. Dissolves easily in the mouth with no flavour so very easy to take. I can’t comment on the effects other than no side effects noticed. Have been taking this brand for about a month or two now. I stop taking them in the summer generally.

Anti caking agents
Bought these and opened to only notice it has anti caking agents which is annoying and magnesium stearate, why can it not just be the put vit d and k2 what’s with all the extra stuff
