Good mocktail mix as well
I use this to make mocktails using a very small amount of this mix with soda. It is delicious.

Good flavor that doesn't need vodka or gin
Trying to cut back on alcohol consumption and trying a variety of products. I really like the flavor, and it is strong enough that 1oz of this mixed with 4oz of soda water is enough to remind you of a Collins. Without the alcohol I think a 1:1 ratio is too strong, but that just means a bottle lasts longer.

Enjoyable refreshing taste
Great mixer for most alcohol drinks and adds a refreshing taste even on its own. I add tonic water to to enliven the vibrance of the mix.

This stuff is amazing!!!Since I like to cook,I am usually the designated bartender at get togethers and although I love keeping my friends happy making craft cocktails can be time consuming and messy.Sometimes I miss most of the party because I'm in the kitchen cooking down more simple syrup and juicing lemons!I love the subtle flavor of elderflower and the hint of bitter keeps the drink from being too sweet!Would also be good without booze as well.A bit pricey but sooo worth it!

We really love Bittermilk's charred grapefruit tonic (so much better than store bought tonic) that we thought we'd try the Tom Collins mixer as well. A tiny bit too sweet, but cured by adding a wedge of lemon or lime (which I tend to do in any case). Love the hint of elderflower.

Delicious with gin.
This mix is delicious just as the directions say to use it! I've used it with Bombay Sapphire. I think it would be good with any smooth gin. It calls for 1:1:1 mix to gin to club soda, which means this 17 oz bottle yields 8-11 drinks depending on how big you mix them. Thus it's not cheap, but for that every once in awhile Tom Collins on a hot sunny day, it's perfect.
