Ezekiel Bread Grain
I’ve been making my own Ezekiel bread and these are one of six grains used. When I soak them for germinating they rinse cleanly without any debris. They taste great. I’m very pleased with this purchase. I will continue buying this brand.

Nutritious and Delicious Spelt Berries!
The Food to Live Organic Spelt Berries are fantastic! These non-GMO, whole grain berries are fresh, nutritious, and perfect for a variety of recipes. I love using them in soups, salads, and baking—they have a great texture and nutty flavor. Plus, they're non-irradiated and vegan, so I feel good about what I'm eating. The 3-pound bulk size is a great value, and it's awesome that they’re a product of the USA. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a healthy superfood to their diet!

Make One's Presence Spelt
Good high-quality organic spelt that I've used to make sourdough bread and bagels, as well as feed my starter. It ground up great and tasted fantastic in my bread. Highly recommended.

World's best grain!!
For years I had wheat berries every morning. Then my market ran out of wheat berries so I tried spelt and I never went back to wheat berries. Then it became hard to find locally and I'm so glad I discovered I could buy it from Amazon. I cook a batch every week to keep in the fridge. It's also great added to yogurt, salad, and soups. It even improves Mac 'n Cheese. Try it; you'll like it. My daily breakfast bowl: spelt, quinoa, almonds, a bit of crystallized ginger, a half cup of blueberries or other fruit, nonfat milk, topped with a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg and a cheese stick on the side for added protein. Food to Live has better grain than Bob's Red Mill.

Very clean
This was my 1st time buying whole grains so I have nothing to compare this with. The grain arrived in good condition and on time. The grain was very clean with no debris at all. This is a very hard grain so I am in the process of sprouting some of it to see if that makes it easier to make into a finer flour.

falso
lave la piedra y tiene pintura, me pinto las manos y mi ropa, posteriormente la deje en agua para ver si se decoloraba y si siguio pintando el agua de azul. Asi que yo creo que es muy falsa.

A happy camper
This is not my first order with this company. I’ve purchased rye berries, forgot the other grain, and now the spelt. I’m always happy with product. Their packaging comes in strong, sturdy bag. The product clean, without pests, and always a good quality grain with not sticks or stones. What’s not to like!

Hard husks in every mouthful, but replacement bag is great. Thank you, Food to Live!
I was disappointed in this shipment of Food to Live Spelt Berries. EVERY mouthful has hard, very tough pieces, like husks that are impossible to chew. See the photo with hard husks on the left and good spelt berries on the right. There are also some dark brown "balls" which are some other grain I don't recognize. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SORTING AND CLEANING METHODS. I cannot order any more of these spelt berries until I get some assurance that they are clean!UPDATE - changed from one star to four stars. Good customer service.I contacted Food to Live, and they offered to either refund my money or send me another bag for no charge! I opted for a replacement, with their assurance that it was cleaner. They were right, the new bag is excellent.
