I've used this probiotic for years, and it absolutely does help my digestive system. First time I've ever ordered it online (the store was out), and I am impressed by how carefully it was packaged. Probiotics should be refrigerated, and these bottles were snuggled in between very thick material, with a small cold pack. (Though the pack was not frozen anymore, it was still cold.)

When I tell you these changed my life I'm not exaggerating. I used to, somewhat often, randomly and suddenly begin feeling bad, like a general sense of unwellness that I couldn't quite pinpoint (not a headache, not a stomachache, not muscles aching, just a vague sense of not feeling good at all). A friend suggested that it could have to do with an out-of-whack gut biome and that I try probiotics, so I got this brand since they're recommended for refrigeration to keep them more potent. Within about a week or two of taking them once a day, that unpredictable and sudden feeling of unspecified unwellness almost completely stopped happening (it still happens from time to time but the frequency has been cut down by a HUGE margin).

I've been using this product a long time. I have ulcerative colitis, so my gastroenterologist recommended taking a probiotic containing bifido bacteria, along with psyillium fiber (food for the bacteria). It works well for me.

My wife has acid reflux and she thinks these are helping her. I bought a 2nd, larger bottle, because of that, and because Nature's Way is generally a good company so these should help anyone's natural biotic environment. And they are cheaper than other brands.

Product was as expected. I like that these ones do not upset your stomach as some probiotics can.

This product says it has to be kept cold to keep the live bacteria alive. I did not received this product in a cold pack packaging.

I've been taking these daily for a little over a month now and I've noticed a significant improvement in my digestion. I haven't noticed any side effects and my upset stomach episodes have calmed considerably since taking these.
