No, this does not include an AC option.

Is this saw tough enough to be used on a full time daily basis for installing trim?

The saw is absolutely tough enough--it's whether you have a big enough battery to get you through 8 hours (my definition of 'all day'). I use a 60V 6ah, or a 9ah battery and it does the trick.

Will any dewalt 20v max battery, 4.0ah (dcb204) work with this saw? thank you

Yes, all DEWALT 20V batteries will work with the DCS361M1. Please note recommended is DCB204 4 Ah/Amp and higher Ah/Amps.

How well does this saw collect dust hooked up to an extractor?

I hooked mine up to a 18V cordless makita vaccume and it worked surprisingly well leaves some dust but no where near as much if I don't use the vaccume.
