Dragees Pecou Chocolate and Marzipan Olives - 1 Kilo Box (2.2 LBS) - Imported from France

Got these for a gift for my martini drinking brother. He and his wife thought they were real olives.They are delicious chocolates and were packaged in a martini glass with plastic wrap tightly fitted over the top with a ribbon around the stem. Perfect!

These were a great surprise!! Haven’t seen chocolate olives since I was a little girl. To see them again, totally surreal.

The candy is described as “imported from France”. It arrived in a plain cellophane bag, no label, no list of ingredients. Where did this come from? I can’t believe they are allowed to sell imported products without proper labelling. Not sure if I will eat these or not.

The package arrived with a plastic bag inside containing the candy. No wrapper, no nutrition information, no information on where the candy was made. I thought these were imported but now I don’t know. The candy is good, not great, but not worth the price.

I love these things. Kinda pricey but still love them.
