I received my board last week and have been out on it almost every day. It is well made and you don't need to worry about the leash giving way or getting tangled up (has a strong anchor and a swivel). It is definitely worth the extra money over the $100 Costco boards. It has a textured deck and maneuvers surprisingly well (I got the 7' model). Although you don't absolutely need to wax the board, I found it does help but I use VERY little wax to get good traction. Build quality is excellent and packaged pretty well to keep it from getting damaged in shipping.

I was a little nervous buying this board, especially when I couldn't find much about the product. I have.a.8ft board which I absolutely love, but wanted to work with something shorter. I originally bought another board and it was not for me. I couldn't even balance myself on it, didnt I catch a wave, and I felt like I was sinking (I think it was more suited for younger clientele) So I sold it and tried my luck with this board, which was a tad wider and stood at 7'2ft . And though I still need more practice with this board, the balance was better and I was able to catch some waves. The maneuverability was great and if you are looking for some speed, you will surely get that. This board is a keeper.
