Cheap
The 2 small tabs to get it tight broke the first day. Feels cheaply made but once installed it does its job.

Does it's job
Holds my phone very well. Easy to pinch sides together and release. Cord hangs below freely. Bendable arm works well to position to a good viewing angle. Least functional to me is the twist to make the base larger to install in cup holder. It doesn't seem to stay tight. The entire product can wiggle out if you touch it too much.

The Wings are a bit too short to hold my phone with case
This item is as described. I loved that it expanded to fit even an X-Large car cup holder. When I tested it, it fit my car very well with no wobble. However, I would prefer the release button to be on the center lower back. It's easy to reach and use there, but this one has it located on the bottom side, under the right corner of the phone. My biggest problem is that the 'wings' are too short for my phone. My case has a magnet holding ring on the back which makes it a little too bulky, so unfortunately I must return it.

Works but can use some significant improvement
The good: Holds my phone securely. The little "hand" grips my big Motorola G7 Power very well. The bad: The 3-lobed "drink holder" foot is very finicky to get locked into a drink holder. Both of my vehicles have holders with moving "tabs" for adjustment. I'm trying different methods to lock the base in without relying on those tabs. But....so far it's not terribly secure. The ugly: The main arm extending up from the base is actually tied to the part that spins to tighten the base. What this basically means, is if you remove the unit from the cupholder it's a pain to get it all back sorted. You can't just yank it out and put it back in the same spot. The arm has a lot of play as well so the phone kind of wiggles back and forth significantly if you go over bumps or around corners.

Básico y debe mejorar
El soporte de vaso debe ser totalmente redondo, sin aperturas parciales, de lo contrario no se fijará bien, por otro lado, la extinción, no es lo suficientemente fuerte y el teléfono se mueve fácilmente.

Seems to Fit, Easy to Install
The price was right and shipping was quick. Easy installation, I haven't used it yet, but it seems a good fit. I'll update my review if needed. The product was exactly as described

Decent but cheap build quality
It holds your phone so it does its job but it is cheaply made and one of the pieces used to grip the device so you can tighten it has broken on me.

Good product, but measure first.
This is a great product if you can spare a cupholder to put it in, but I'm sure you wouldn't be considering it if that was an issue. The only thing I can see being a concern is the height of the item in relation to where your cupholder is. I bought this for a 2012 Honda Civic EX coupe that we use basically for a grocery getter and in the snow, as our other car is a RWD sports car. The Civic did not come with an infotainment screen or navigation, so if you, say, are a delivery driver or drive for Lyft or Uber, it would be a great workaround in that situation. In our Civic, there are two cupholders, one just in front of the armrest on the center console, and one in front of that. If the phone holder is in the back one, it is hard to lay your arm on the armrest and not hit it. If you put it in the front one it would be hard to get a drink in and out of the back one. Also, our car only has two cupholders up front, so a passenger would have to hold their own drink--our other car has cupholders in the door as well, but since it has a nav screen we didn't need this in it. The product itself is solid and well made and the button that opens the adjustable sides to help put your phone in place is clever and helpful, and it holds the phone securely. It is easy to twist the knob on the base to ensure it fits snugly in the cupholder opening, too. My advice is that you measure where you're going to use it because it does stick up a bit and you can only swivel it so much, which is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. It could be made a little more flexible, but then again, that might prevent it from being stable and secure enough to be able to enter information on the screen, or in bumpy situations. Definitely worth the price.

Does not work as advertised
I bought the holder to use in a Mercedes GLA 250. It was recommended for the vehicle. It never worked because the cup holder in the vehicle has a superficial divider that sits in the top to separate two small coffee cups. As soon as you try to tighten the phone holder it pushes the divider out of the way and fails to lock into the space at all, making it completely useless. I tried using it in my 2005 Land Rover Discovery which has fully enclosed cup holders. While it was marginally better it still wouldn’t lock into the cup holder sufficiently to make a safe and secure base for the phone. Very disappointed.
