Is this a single use item, or dos the scent last for multiple uses?

It can be used a few times. The scent is strong and lasting. I use them to store my clothes in between hunts and only use a 3 pack per season.

How can they sell this as a 9 pack if there's only 3?

there are 3 containers but there are 9 wafers to put in the containers. So that is 3 wafers per container. If i can help with anything else please let me lknow. Thank you

What's the rubber piece for? I just toss them in my clothes container

i’ve seen people use the rubber pieces as clips so they don’t have to use the safety pin and make a hole (ie waterproof/rain gear). i just throw them in the crate as extra scent coverage with the wafers.
