This was a lot of money to spend on a scale. That said, for me and my family, it has definitely been a worth while purchase.I finally made a commitment to start a serious diet and take control of my health. The accuracy and ease of use of this scale has certainly aided along the way, and I can say that for me this was money well spent. Product arrived promptly, and exactly as described. I am very happy with it, and would gladly recommend to others. The only thing I don't recall seeing in the description when I ordered it, was that you would need to place near an electrical outlet. Although it can simply run on batteries, these were designed for backup purposes if the power goes out; otherwise it comes with a power adapter, which will need to be plugged into a wall socket.

Is there anyway we can talk to the support for this scale? We have problem with height measurement.Thanks.

This scale is easy to put together and very accurate - I used it 5 times in a 3 hour span and each time it gave me the same weight - simply love it!

if you use just battery's it does not last long

Compact size for a step on scale with a built-in measuring stick. Easy to read display. Easy to assemble and start using.

Scale is great. The height measurement is a little awkward.
