Is this sandalwood fragrance?

The fragrance notes for Choco Musk lists: vanilla, milk chocolate, white musk, cinnamon, spicy notes, sandlewood, amber, myrrh, and rose. The initial spray does have an alcohol scent, but the Vanilla and chocolate soon come through. After it dries down, the additional notes appear, but none are truly distinct to me. Beautiful scent, but not long lasting on its own.

Is this perfume with alcohol in it?

This is not the perfume I reviewed. I have the ChocoMusk. But I would say I'm pretty sure it should have the ingredients listed.
