This is a good pillow and it works great for sharing a queen. I would like the dual sided one on a king.

Not pregnant, I have spent the last year sleeping with two down pillows positioned on top of one another in the form of a V. I would place my head at the angle of the V and one side to hold and other pillow supporting my back. It was the only way to sleep without waking with neck, shoulder and back pain. This pillow has made things so much more simple and solves the same problems and more. Now I also get the benefit of the long end being used between my knees to help with hip pain. I absolutely love it. It is so comfortable. Not hard as rock like all the foam pillows out there and not super mushy like down. I’m sure with time it’s fluff will move around or get smashed but who cares, I’ll just reshape it and buy new fluff it I have to. If all else fails I will purchase pillow again. It’s Awesome!

I bought this for my wife who is on oxygen machine at night (with tubes running to face). I had to return it as I bought it so she could sleep on her side instead of her back and still use oxygen machine. We found that this pillow does not work well with tubes as they get pinched and tangled. We are seniors and this did not work for us. My guess is that if you are younger and under 160 pounds, this may be a very comfortable solution for you. But, unfortunately for us it did not work. Be aware that it comes in a vacuum-packed bag, so expands when you take it out. In returning it I had to pay UPS to package it ($7.22) as return policy is "customer packaged" instead of normal way to return items through UPS. It is an interesting item that may be helpful for certain body types.

In my first pregnancy I used a maternity pillow that was a full loop, this one I like much better. The removable cover means I can actually wash it unlike my first one! It's pretty versatile, and I like my thin pillow so this way I can hug the top of the L and have it curve around to support my back with the short part of the L and have my head on my own pillow. I have SPD due to pregnancy and having the additional support between my knees and for my legs really helps my hip and joint pain. Highly recommended. I sleep hot and it doesn't do great at staying cool, but I'm not sure anything would unless they made ice cubes softer.

I am currently 5 months pregnant and have been suffering from sciatica and back pain. I had a hard time trying to find a pillow that would fit my needs because I like to use my personal pillow for my head. This pillow fit all my needs and has been amazing. I am able to use it for my legs and back while using my own pillow for my head. In case you were wondering about size, I am 5'1" and it's perfect for me. However my boyfriend is 6'0" and it also is perfect for him and now he wants one too for his back pain so we'll be purchasing a second one to help him too. It's not too soft or too firm. It's a good balance between both. It's not just for pregnancy and we both highly recommend it! If you use it straight and not bent like I do, it should fit fine in most beds. We do have a king bed and it fits good with plenty of room.Update: it is now March 2023 and although no longer pregnant, I have been consistently using the pillow still. I have issues where I sleep twisted and throw my hips out of place and this helps keep me in the correct sleeping position to not do that. I still love it!
