The discription says, it is soft folded. What does that mean? I need the sheets of tissue flat with no creases. How does it ship?

As these sheets are 30" wide, they are half-folded (No sharp crease due to the thickness of 24 sheets). Then, the sheets are softly rolled/folded for the shipping pkg. There may be very slight fold marks, but no noticeable creases. If buying 100 sheets or more, they will lay completely flat to ship (after the initial half-fold).
