While I liked the look of this hand bag online, I have been disappointed when the product arrived. Not this time. It is great quality, good size, holds my valuable safely in the centre section with space for carry bags etc in the other side sections. Very pleased!

The bag is good quality except inside section cheap material so goes floppy

Lovely bag however one of the pins at the bottom of the bag came off on the first day. I managed to glue it back to the bag but something like that shouldnt really happen with newly purchased item anyway. Apart from that i think that bag is lovely. I would say its good quality and value for money. Its very elegant. You also really get 2 bags and a small purse so its 3 piece set.

I wish I had taken a few photos, but I've already returned the bag. Let's start with the positives - it is a good size bag and the style from the outside is nice. It's lightweight and a nice black colour. There are several inside pockets. However, already unpacking it, the synthetic leather was sticking to itself and the plastic it was packed in. It was folded in several locations and the creases would have been difficult to get out. The bag itself is made of fairly thick synthetic leather, with no lining. Yes that's right, no lining. Instead, the lining forms an inner bag which isn't attached to the actual bag other than at the front and the back. You could in theory use the "pockets" on each side of the inner bag as pockets, but there's no zip over them and items would lie directly against the inside of the leather. As it's not attached at the bottom, small things would move across. The zip for the inner bag is metal and probably durable, but rather clunky for the material. The strap feels flimsy and is of a thinner synthetic leather. The hooks fastening the strap are also flimsier than expected. A slightly longer strap would have been preferable, but that's just my personal style. Finally, a few reviews have mentioned a smell. While not terrible, I did notice a strong artificial smell from it. This may not be a major issue as it's possible it will air out quickly. Personally, I think that's the least of the issues and as such, it has been returned to Amazon for a refund.

Good price for 3 items. Nice colour size and style. One small nick on front panel. Big crease where handbag was folded. I’m hoping it will ease out with use. May yet just end up for work.

Nice bag

The size is just right, not too large or heavy. Funny smell from it at the moment but I'm hoping that will fade after a few days. I have back arthritic hands and wrists and the design is perfect for me as I can find everything easily. Would buy again and certainly recommend it.

The handbag appears nice and feels average. The plus is, the extra two bags included. The inside, on the other hand, is made with cheap, almost plastic feel fabric. I haven't been able to use the bag due to the strong smell I can't get rid of. I definitely expected a better quality bag especially after watching the convincing advertising video. Truth be told, I will not recommend it to anyone. I intend to return mine immediately.
