There is no soy or gluten. I love this product, and just ordered another bottle.

Zoya polish stain won’t come off, even with this remover. What am I doing wrong?

Oh no!!! I use the product to remove a base coat, polish, and gel like top coat/sealer. I don’t use a stain. Perhaps the stain product is like those black permanent markers that somehow seem to wind up on fingers and hands. Have you tried mineral spirits? Good luck!
