This is the first green superfood product I have ever tried. I read many reviews for different products before buying this one. I felt that the price/value was the best and that the reviews were very good, overall. The one thing I noticed is that if I take this product after dinner, it interrupts my sleep. I think it is the green tea extract. It took me a couple of days to figure out why I was not sleeping well. I then started taking it after breakfast and my sleep issues were gone. I feel more energized during the day and I also feel that my digestive system has benefited from Green Supremefood. It tastes fine. I know some people said it was too sweet, but I think its fine. I just mix it with water. I suppose that if you use sweet fruits and make a shake, it could become too sweet. I am very happy with this product!

Great Product! This new formula has less stevia and does taste much better. The one before was too sweet. These greens give you energy, help keep you cleaned out, and help you get more veggies in your diet.I use these for my mulitvitamin. I just mix with 8 oz. of water and drink down. Taste is not great but not bad either. Worth taking for the benefits provided!

It's hard to find a green drink that doesn't taste like grass! This is the best tasting green drink that I have found. I don't like coffee so this is my morning "wake up" drink that I have before starting the day. It also works really well if you ate something that didn't sit right with your tummy. Within minutes, your stomach feels better.

I have IBS and a lot of other digesting problems. I am also chronically sleepy and this has made a big difference for me after only two days.I read a lot of people saying it was “too sweet” I have never drank greens before, but if this is too sweet to you then I definitely won’t be drinking any other to of greens. It honestly taste like dirt with cinnamon in it. My feelings on this though is I am not drinking this for the flavor I’m drinking this for the benefits.

Have ordered this straight from Dr Colberts website and from here - Amazon. Lots cheaper on Amazon. I can't tell if I'm taking this or not with the Amazon product but with the one from Dr Colbert - well, lets say my body shows evidence! - wonder if they are diluted or filled with something else? I have heard that - and sometimes the one from Amazon does not have 30 scoops - just wondering if anyone else had that?I agree - I hate the green taste in other products but this one is too sweet - i chase it with water, etc...

I noticed a difference in a gentle energy or motivation to get stuff done after drinking this (I have adrenal fatigue so any increase in productivity for me is a real bonus). It doesn't make me feel weird like caffeine would (I am sensitive to caffeine) and I appreciate the added benefits of greens for my health. I can handle the taste fine especially when I dilute it with about 20 oz of water, I have had better tasting greens drinks (for flavor I think I prefer Greens 8000 original flavor), but I like the fermented aspect of this one better for health reasons.

Taste is slightly sweet, easy to drink mixed with plain water. I was hoping it would have a grassy kale taste so I could mix it with V8 to replace my fresh juicing which has gotten expensive, but this one really doesn't work, unless you start adding more ingredients, which defeats my reason for getting this. I plan to update after 3 weeks or so with health results because it's only been a week with no noticeable energy difference.

This product is fantastic. I always had digestive problems for the last 40 years. After I had chemotherapy and lots of other drugs, I couldn’t eat anything.
