My girlfriend really seems to have a lot more energy and overall mental clarity from just taking these for the last week, it really fills in those diatary gaps and helps your body perform at its best for longer. At the end of the day she says she doesn’t feel as drained and still feels sharp with energy left over. Organic Raw and Pure you cant go wrong just do a little research into this company and you will realize they offer the purest products for your body. Bottom line these are not synthetic crap vitamins but pure organic raw vitamins made from real veggies fruits and exotic herbs, backed by a long list of not easy to obtain certifications.

I have been purchasing super greens from this company for years. I decided to try these. Very very pleased. Have been taking them for over a year and very satisfied. I needed to supplement a rather low carb eating plan and I feel good about taking these, made from whole foods. They are rather large, but not too big. This company is well worth the money. The formulas are complex, balanced and healthy. If you are lookign for a woman's multi, DO NOT SKIMP! Try this product. You'll be glad you did!

Great Vitamin
I don't like how big it is but I love the all natural ingredients and it gives me daily energy. Also, I had to cut down on the recommended dosage of 4 pills a day. I was only taking 2 per day and couldn't sleep more than twenty minutes throughout the night. I cut back to 1 pills per day and I still get good energy
