It is very tasty and nutritious.Bought for my kids as it is in chocolate flavour and providing energy too. Good for teen ages and can also used by others as it is protin powder. Taste is good. Try it as it is made in India. Packing and description in the box is nice and detailed.

We have bought this based on feed back from the users thanks to them, bought this super milk to support my kids, as my kid is in sports. it really provides and energy and weight gain.. my kid likes the chocolate flavor.. ordered 3rd bottle.. instead of only relaying on this super milk we all also need to balance in the diet through our regular food..

Its not worth of money.. like you can just take whey insted of it.. the main problem is that there is only one flavour chocolate.

The protien powder is really well , but thw only downside of this box is that the mouth of the box is really small so it is hard to take protien from the bottom of the box
