The only sun glasses I wear: such good optics, and they last a long time (My last pair was over 8 years old). Stylish, fit great, light and flexible. My go to!

I’ve had the same sunglasses for over a decade! The last pair snapped in two just sitting them in the car seat… but otherwise were great! The little rubber pieces get tacky when you sweat, so they dont slide down your face… and they are polarized which helps cut down glare!

I purchased these glasses through Amazon fulfillment on 12/31/13 and they were carefully handled - I wore them mostly while driving. A few months later, one of the lenses broke at the top where the screw attaches the lens to the frame (called a stress crack). I paid $9.95 + shipping and sent them in to Maui Jim for warranty repair. A few days later I received a call from Maui Jim Repair explaining the company will not honor the warranty because these glasses were purchased through Amazon - not an authorized re-seller of their products. I had no idea there would be an issue, but probably should have known better. Regarding quality of this Maui Jim model - after reading many, many reviews with customers who have experienced the same lens failure (stress cracks) I believe this model is poorly designed and not durable, even if handled carefully. They look nice, felt good on my face, but are much too fragile for the average user. My advice - stay away from this model - they are not worth the $150.00 + cost. If you decide to purchase, make sure it's through an authorized re-seller or you will not have a warranty.
