Actually you can use it to extend your drying time and prevents water spots on your car. It needs to be mixed with water 1oz in a 32oz spray bottle. The only thing, the pdms needs an emulsifier in it before you can add it to water.

What to use as an emulsifier to mix with water?

Dish soap should work. Cosmetics & hair conditioner formulations often use SLS as an emulsifier

I don't know for certain, I wouldn't recommend it.
