First the product. Very well made. Super flushing action. Dual flush works perfectly. Comfortable to sit on, and easy to clean. Looks awesome in the bathroom. Now the customer service: Amazon delivered the toilet upside down, in the box, because the entire bottom of the box and half a size was destroyed. Nothing damaged upon inspection, but two weeks after installation, the toilet started leaking. Assuming it was a bad wax seal, I purchased a more expensive universal rubber seal. Again, about two weeks later, a leak. This time we bought a water vac, totally empied the box and the bowl, and flipped the toilet upside down on a gel rug. There was a small hairline crack found. Sent a picture to Woodbridge, and they shipped a replacement (on a pallet this time) under warranty. They were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend refusing delivery if the box arrives damaged, even if you do not initially see any damage. That was my bad, but Woodbridge took care of it. The re-installations and extra parts cost me some money, Amazon made that right.

I installed this toilet myself (with help from one other person to help move it into position) and found it to be straightforward and fairly simple. It sat flat on the newly tiled floor so nicely that I'm considering that it may not even need to be caulked at the bottom to the tile floor. I dinged it one star for the toilet seat (specifically the lid). It is black which understandably is going to show anything in the way of marks to it. But it is plastic and seems to be "soft". After the install I removed the protective plastic and wiped it down with a micro fiber cloth and noticed it scratched it pretty easily. I'm not sure what the solution is but that is something to consider. Something you will have to just make your peace with! It is a great looking toilet.

We purchased this for our half bath. Looks beautiful and we love the two flush capability.

I did buy this two years ago and regret not opening the box. We put it in the box in a small cabin that we were working on, it sat in the same spot until now, it took us a while to get the cabin ready because of things that happened the past two years. But so disappointed in this manufacturer. There was no foam on the sides of the toilet to protect it in shipping. The top of the toilet back was protected in foam and while we have that, we have no toilet to put it on. I am hoping the manufacturer will refund my money or send me a new one with better protection from the shipping industry. So sad. Always ck your products even if you're not ready to use them.

Remodeled one of our bathrooms and got this commode to replace the old one. We’ve had it more than a year now and have 0 complaints. I loved it from the start and still do today. Very easy to clean. I’ll never buy another style. Love the black, has not faded at all. The flush works great, has 2 options. Easy install, hubby had it put in very quick. I recommend this commode highly.

Oh I am so sad! Builder was delayed have been waiting for this toilet! It is smashed on the inside of the box!!! Ordered two was so disappointed when only one arrived Still waited with anticipation for this beautiful commode for our powder room Box was intact so builder thought nothing of it Packaging looked sturdy but as they removed inside lid we could see horrible damage Please advise We really love your look and all your ratings

Hard to install . Toilet seat went dull after first clean up ..very disappointing. Cleaning is fine but water spots are highly visible.
