These definitely have worked for me. I would keep ordering them. My advice will be taken at night because it does have magnesium. It makes me sleepy and I feel great in the morning.

Well. Everyone is unque. So for me I'm not quite sure. My thyroid hypothyroidism. I'm on prescription meds. Doc. Had to increase my dose. But I still take thyogard. I usually take in the afternoon. Until I get my blood work back I really not sure if is helping.

Good but too expensive
Taken Daily as a thyroid booster seems to work well. The con and the reason it gets only 3 stars is that it is very expensive for 30 pills and if you take two a day it gets very expensive.
