This cushion is the most perfect cushion to strap on both my car seat and kitchen seat to relieve pain by keeping me in the right position. It is very very comfortable and truly helps my back. I looked at so many and this one was the best of the lot. I've had them for years now and there is no sign of degradation. They are still supportive and comfy. If you have back pain this is the one for you. I also have seat cushions that help take the pressure off your back. This combo is the best. It is especially important in the car to use a car seat that has a wedge design with it higher in the back than the front to compensate for the severe dip in the car seat that is located in the back of the seat where it meets the back of the car seat. That dip in the car seat in the back will compress your spine and causes pain. These two cushions have in time cured this problem along with PT.

I am a triage RN, so I am often on the phone with patients and sitting at my computer. I wanted something to help support my back, since my computer chair was not too comfortable. I came across this product and decided to give it a try. For the price, you cannot beat it. It is soft (but maintains it's shape) and conforms to my back in a way that offers just the right amount of support. It is versatile in the sense that you can strap it on and off of almost any chair. The attached hooks even have extender pieces that can easily be removed and added back on to adjust the strap sizes. The product also comes with a warranty. I've had this cushion for a short time and I've already referred it to several co-workers. It seems to really take the strain off of my lower back and hips from sitting. Overall, great purchase if you sit a lot or have a long car/plane ride!

I find that using this on my office chair does work, but it's not nearly as giving as it needs to be to be fully comfortable. If you're looking for a strong support pillow, this works great. However, I find that I can't push back as much as I want. My chair back is flat, and using this pillow does preserve the curve in my spine, but at the cost of me not being able to push my upper body back against the chair. Over time, I find that this can lead to discomfort.

Comfortable but arrived in plastic wrapping with holes in it. I bought this to use in my car and it’s very supportive. Three stars because Amazon failed on proper packaging.

I'm not sure how anyone could incorporate this to an office chair, as the bulk of it would push you so far forward that your legs would be halfway off the front of the chair. (Ideally you knee-bend is only 2-3 inches past the front of the chair). I tried relegating it to the couch, but then I had lumber support with no upper back support. I'm not trying to hold myself up while lounging on the couch. So luckily Amazon makes returns super convenient. Thanks for letting me try your product!
