Comfortable and stays in place.
The pillow is nice, supportive and good quality. I am happy I purchased it because I tend to slouch while sitting and working and this helps support my back to sit up straighter. It staps on to my chair so I can have it where I want it on the back of the chair. The straps adjust and it comes with an extender if needed. The straps also have grips on it so it doesn't slide which makes it easy to put on the chair and stay put.

Easy to Broke. Not good.
1. The connection point wonโt stay secured (as shown in Image 1) and keeps coming loose automatically. 2. The plastic clip broke on its own for no apparent reason after only two months of use (see Image 2). Not good at all. Not recommend.

Strap is poorly constructed
Works OK. Strap is too stretchy with just a hook and comes free. Expect to need zip ties to modify.

Good for back pain
No complaint with my daughter using the support for her back pain. I attached it to the dining chair and the strap is long enough to lock it in place.

Good size, solid product
It's a good size. A little larger than your usual lumbar tube style, but it's solid and comfortable. Easy to install, just a couple of straps. Really eases up back discomfort and pain.
