I’m generally extremely skeptical, & often I’m still disappointed in purchases (even with already low expectations). This lumbar support pillow has truly been a lifesaver for me! Pain while sitting in the car is now minimal, & I’m able to walk much better after being in the car for 20 min or more. I’m literally on my feet for the entirety of my 12-14 hour shifts, & am constantly having to help lift patients, set up & move heavy equipment, & perform crazy maneuvers during emergencies (I work in a busy trauma hospital). This item provides an incredible amount of relief, & is hands down the best purchase I have ever made in my life! Again, I am a very cynical person, & this is a completely independent review! For what it’s worth, I undergo lumbar injections every 3 months, & will likely have to undergo surgery within the next year or two.

I use this in my car for back support. And it makes driving more comfortable. Amazon did not even put it in a box. They sent it in the product cellophane which had a big hole. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON !!!! Your packaging is getting worse every day and I am hating to order anything

This product DOES help but it is not without its flaws. Mostly, its inability to stay in place is a little irritating. The straps that secure the pad to the chair only keep the pad from "falling off" but not sagging down. If you find yourself adjusting many times while sitting in an office chair, the pad will be moving around as well. My suggestion is keeping the straps to keep the pad on the chair, and adding an anti-slip backing to the surface of the pad that meets the chair, that way, it does not sag. Aside from that, if you manage to find a good spot for the pad on your chair, your back is noticeably more comfortable than without it.

I have tried so many back support cushions, but this one is the absolute best for my needs. It is very well made, and has two adjustable straps. The memory foam is very comfortable. I keep it attached to my kitchen chair, and the comfort is amazing. I though about purchasing a second one for my car, but the thickness of the cushion does put me too far forward when driving. However, as a passenger in a car, this would work well. Thank you for the beautiful range of colors, and also for the excellent packaging and shipping. The clear instructions and warranty Information show that this company truly cares about its customers. I’m ordering a second one now as a gift for a relative. Keep up the great work!

So I’ve been using this lumbar support in my office chair at work for four months now and I can tell you that my neck pain is zero; and my mid back pain is zero!! No more neck shoulder burn sensation either! I was in so much discomfort prior to purchasing this and had even gone to a chiropractor for help (who actually recommended this lumber pillow). All of my pain issues were from a chair that did not support my back and it was terrible!! If you are suffering from your office chair I highly recommend this pillow. Two of my other coworkers witnessed my results and are ordering one for themselves. It fits perfectly and I didn’tneed the extra strap that comes with it. Totally pleased!!!

I have a pretty bad bag from sports ... I'm 21... but this helped a lot. You don't really get to lean back on your seat because this cushion is pretty bulky but you get used to it.
