Why do they say they injectable why do shows you need a needle when you don’t need to contact seller

It's an oral solution. Amazon adds the needle purchase option but that's not how it is shipped or intended.

How to use this item? swallow it?

Yes it is a fruit flavored liquid. My doc said to take shake it very well, take it before breakfast, and hold it in the mouth for a minute or so, then swallow. I've always found that B12 is only (or at least best) effective by injection (especially for sciatica) but some people seem to benefit from this liquid form. B12 is a nerve food.NBS
