Good quinoa at a good price
This is good quality quinoa that taste great. I take their word for it that it’s pre-washed. I don’t rinse it. I put a quarter cup of quinoa and a cup of water in a round Pyrex uncovered container. I put another cup of water in my instant pot. Then I put the Pyrex bowl on a trivet in the bottom of my instant pot. I set it on high pressure for 30 minutes and quick release when it’s done. It’s so easy and comes out delicious every time. Then I just put the lid on the Pyrex bowl and refrigerate it, so it’s ready to add to salads, etc. You may have to adjust the water used with the quinoa for your moisture preference. I like that I don’t have to wash the instant pot this way. I plan to order this same quinoa when we need more. We both love it and it’s budget friendly.

The Best Quinoa
Terrasoul has the best quinoa I have ever purchased. It is so hard to find prewashed quinoa anywhere. It is much easier to prepare being pre rinsed. I have been eating Terrasoul quinoa almost every day for lunch a few years now. It not only has fiber but is a complete protein. My lipid panels have gone from really bad to excellent thanks to adding quinoa to a heart healthy diet.

Good deal, good stuff
It’s healthy, it’s organic, it’s cheaper than Bullseye or SuperMart prices!! I cook this with bone broth instead of water to add even more nutrients. I eat this every single day for at least one meal: I add it to soups and chili’s to add a little more substance to them. I add this to food processed kale, lemon juice, olive oil, feta, and garlic to make a nice cold salad. I add cheese, Olive oil, broccoli and milk to make a healthier “Mac n cheese”. I add it to egg casseroles and quiches. I’ve even had it for breakfast with apple sauce, cinnamon, and hemp seeds or crushed nuts. This cooks a lot faster than rice, has more protein than rice, and is just as versatile as rice. Good stuff
