Looks and IS great!!
I can see where the other reviewers are coming from when they say the white paint breaks or rips when they peel off the plastic from the backing. The thing is you have to peel very slowly and be patient. When the paint stays on the backing, place the protective sticker back over and press on the paint to pick the paint back up. Once it's all peeled off place it on the window and use the corner of an ID card or credit card to press the paint onto the window. Don't worry about air bubbles under the protective sticker. You're going to peel that right off and it looks great!

Fits perfect on the small side back window! I got one for my birthday and got another one to match both sides!!! Absolutely love it. the adhesive was very sticky and some of the glue got on the window but nothing that rubbing alcohol couldn't fix and take off but keep the sticker one!!!Definitely happy to be representing Chicago in Dallas, Texas :) :) :) :) :)Suck it Dallas!!!

When the decal arrived it was warped and fell apart when I tried to put it on, waste of money

one piece sticker
Not exactly what I was looking for. I thought all the white pieces were separate pieces. This is one piece with a clear background

Not what I'd Consider to be a Die Cut
When I think die cut, I think individually cut out separate pieces, cut with a die cutter. This has a clear background that the white parts are just painted on to. When I applied it to the surface and went to peel the backing off, part of the sticker ripped, and little bits of the paint were stuck to the application backing. Also, it's full of bubbles but that's probably my fault.

Apllies OUTSIDE of glass
VERY hard to keep the logo together without it breaking apart while removing the sticker backing, also goes OUTSIDE the vehicle, not inside. Plus "scraping ice" off in the winter may prove to be a problem...

GREAT QUALITY
The quality of this window sticker is great. I was going to order the larger one, but I am glad I didn't. This size is perfect for the back window of my Toyota Rav4. GO HAWKS!!!
