baleaf Women's Joggers Hiking Pants with Zipper Pockets Lightweight Workout

Another win for Baleaf. These are not winter hiking pants but rather summer fall spring pants - and only if a little chilly. These seem extremely well made. I’m 5’5” and the M length is perfect - totally covers my ankles but won’t drag in the mud. At 130 pounds, the S is form fitting but loose enough for movement, and the M is very loose almost but not quite baggy. Great pockets.

About me: 4'11" tall, 27" waist, 42" hips. I ordered a size M based on my hip measurement and was pleased with the fit. The length is a little long for me, but the cuffed ankle prevents anything from dragging on the ground. The waistband of these joggers has both elastic and an inner drawstring. I bought these to wear for cold(er) weather running. The fabric is made of the same lightweight woven nylon material that most running shorts are made from, to give you an idea of the weight. The fiber content appears to be a little different than described (Amazon description is 73% nylon / 27% spandex, versus the tag reading 77% nylon / 23% spandex), but it's not hugely different. They're not lined with anything, so they may not be especially comfortable for cold winter running, but they would be great for spring and autumn. I've worn these to run a couple 5k distances in mid-40°F temps and felt fine. The only reflective feature seems to be the leaf logo on the front, so exercise caution if you choose to wear these for night running. The zip pockets are amazing. And they're spacious pockets, too--plenty big enough for a phone and keys. I was worried that with how roomy they were, there would be distracting filled-pocket-bounce, but I really wasn't bothered at all. And the zipper closure really puts my mind at ease, not having to worry about my things bouncing free. I've washed and dried these a few times now on the gentle cycle with no issues. Overall: very pleased, do recommend. I might buy another pair.

Pants look good enough and fit fine, but the color is not a dark green like in the picture. It's a very very light green. Will likely return, but still debating.

I’ve been anti shorts lately and these pants are perfect for summer time. The pants fit great. The fabric is very lightweight and feels nice. I’ve bought a few different style Baleaf pants and these are (hands down) my favorite pair. Highly recommend.

great pants but they advertised a banded bottom on legs. They do not have a banded bottom. However, the rest of the pant is great and exactly what I wanted. I'm reordering in the hopes that the pant comes with banded bottoms. Great pockets.

I am an active person, run and CrossFit every day, yoga several times a week, go hiking, scrambling, rock climbing and kayaking every weekend. These pants can take it all! I first bought one pair of these pants to test them out, hoping to get a cheaper version of my Nike joggers. I was immediately impressed with the quality, loved the zippered pockets, the breathability on the sides. To top it up they are flattering and comfortable, I got big hips and butt and it’s not easy to find pants that will not slide up or down when you are rock climbing, these do the trick. Another great thing about them is that they wrap around the ankles (without going to the extent of skinny pants or leggings), which helps a lot when you are out in the dirt, I don't get nearly as much dirt and mud on my legs as I do with some of my other pants. I have a dog, so my clothes are typically covered in dog hair no matter how much I try to remove it, but the material in these pants allow you to easily shake it off, which cannot be done with other fabrics. That may not be important to others but has an attractive quality to me. The only thing I would warn others about (not a problem for me) is that they are very thin, so they would not hold up well on their own in cold climate, I still wear them when it's cold, but wear warmers underneath to ensure I don't freeze. I now owe 5 pants, blue, black, dark red and 2 green army. I love them all equally and have received compliments in the past about how great and comfortable they look.

These baleaf joggers are great. The material is soft and silky and breathable. It is also more stretchy than the baleaf cargo pants I own. The deep pockets and SPF are great. They feel 'cool' and I can see them being my go to pants this summer when I need protection from the sun on hot days. The cuffs are perfect, keeping the pants down but they are not too tight. Bonus: this material repels pet hair. I ordered the Large based on past baleaf pant purchases and it was the right choice. There is considerable stretch in these which makes them comfortable when bending. The rise is not high and they sit between my natural waist and hips. For reference: waist = 34" hips = 41" height= 5'4" I'm thinking about ordering a second pair.

Very comfortable and light + breathes well. I bought 3 pairs and have been wearing them (in rotation) as my "work uniform" in hot kitchens for two years. You forget you're wearing them and they dry quite fast if wet. I've machine washed (cold water) and (low-heat) dried them n the dryer every week and they only recently started to show some wear when you look up close to the fabric yet they still look good when worn. I'm 5'7" 135-140 lbs and bought medium and they fit great. For casual wear, I think they would fit even better if they were a inch or inch-and-a-half shorter as they now sit at my ankle bone. But I would (will probably) buy them again for work.

I was skeptical when I took them out of the packaging as they looked like they'd be too small small than had a moments of panic when I went to pull them up my legs. HOWEVER: they do not disappoint. These pants have a nice lightweight feel. They taper well without any bunching. They're not skin tight, but have a really good amount of stretch to them. They create a nice silhouette like yoga pants would. My only beef is that the elastic at the waistband is a bit restrictive. I would have liked a softer style elastic with a bit more give. This is a problem as it kind of cuts into my belly and then pushes the extra bit of belly down creating a not-so flattering silhouette. I'm hoping the waistband stretches out a smidge. If I had gone up a size, the pants would hang everywhere else. Also, this type of material is certainly the swoosh type. If you'll thighs touch when you walk, these pants do swoosh. I had specifically searched for this question and answer before buying and read that they do not swoosh. THEY DO! But whatevs. They're still nice pants. My advice: if you're a curvier girl with some more on the belly and thighs, size up.

Je les adore. Comme je ne suis pas grande, c’est toujours difficile pour moi de trouver des pantalons dont le bas de la jambe ne dépasse pas de 12 pouces. Ceux-ci sont parfaits. Je les ai portés pour une randonnée à une température de -10 avec un sous-vêtement en laine merinos et je n’ai pas eu froid. Je suis en train de me demander si je pourrais les porter avec un sous-vêtement plus épais pour les plus grands froids ou si je devrais commander une taille plus grande. J’hésite. Ils sont très élastiques et est-ce que X large serait trop grand? Une personne a écrit que le tissu fait froutch froutch quand elle marche et c’est en partie ce qui m’a décidée à les commander, mis à part la longueur des jambes, parce que ce genre de tissu « bruyant » ne fait pas de boulochage en temps normal, mais est-ce qu’il va faire des trous? L’avenir le dira vu que le tissu est très mince. Vont-ils durer? Je ne le sais pas. Mais pour une fois que je trouve des pantalons que je peux porter sans rouler ou plier le bord, je suis heureuse. Ils s’étirent et s’adaptent à votre taille. Je vais essayer de garder cette marque en mémoire.

I have been searching for light weight pants. It’s not easy for me to get a good fit. I am 5’2” and to get comfortable pants has been a struggle, but these joggers are perfect. My build is larger hips and smaller waist. I usually wear a size 12. After I read other reviews for these joggers, I ordered a medium and they fit perfectly. What I like about them: Cuffed bottoms, so they are not too long. Two good sized pockets. Light weight but they are not revealing. Look nice, comfortable and fit perfect. After I received and wore my first pair, I ordered two more colours, and I am happy with all three pairs.
