Good book
Very small so difficult to write alot but at the same time it's very handy I like to visualise what I've eaten ect.

Good journal.
I like this journal, its got some good motivational quotes inside and really does help to make your goals more manageable. Only problem is that there's not a lot of room to write in.

Great journal!
Easy to use, compact to carry around and had just the key info at the start which I liked. Also like it that I have a week view for filling it in. Very happy with my purchase

To small
Its is good but it don’t have very big space to write the food you eat. So not that good for me. The pages had a lot crammed on it.
