Q: What temperaures are reached in milling the chocolate? i.e. is it truly raw?

To dissolve the cacao powder you have to use hot water and stir it until it is dissolved. There are some particles which won't dissolve, but most of the powder will. If you don't want to have it as a hot drink put the amount of powder you want in a cup and add enough water to cover it completely and a little more, and then stir. Once dissolved, add cold water for a cold drink.
