I suffer from "born with it fatigue that doctors don't believe in and don't car about" life ruining fatigue, and malaise. The very first day I took one, in the morning, I felt my malaise reduce and my focus increase and some productive energy (unlike caffeine which makes me hyper but not productive). After 3 or so days, I realized I was allergic to something in this stack. My joints hurt, mostly knees but all over, and my knees were stiff. It was milder than when I' allergic to a single substance so I'm hoping it's the "anti oxidant complex".So, I can't use this but I got some glutathione and I'm on day 3 to 4 and I suddenly need naps again. The Telomere Health stopped those and my sometime needing a nap after eating my midday meal. So I did some research and glutathione is good for sleep. Oy Vey. I also already take C, selenium and collagen hydrolysate, which aren't known for energy and focus. I have astragalus but it got pushed to the side as I take lots of supplements to try and improve my very low quality of life and things that aren't impressive, fall to the side rather quickly. I'll try astragalus and I'm going to buy some baicalin (skullcap) and try that ASAP. I'm hoping that's what will give me the improvement I'm looking for and that it won't make me sleepy. Not sure how this gives me energy and yet glutathione makes me sleep in the middle of they day.* If I didn't have an allergic reaction, I'd take this for the rest of my life.Also, dose is 2 capsules, 60 capsules per bottle.

Ok product. But has additives that brings the quality down. No recommendation.

I've been taking this supplement for a few weeks, and it's hard to tell if I feel any difference. I take about 20 supplements and a bunch of energy powders nearly every day, so it's difficult to determine which product is making me feel better. But, overall, when the weather is good, I mountain bike nearly 3 hours a day, and jog almost 7 miles on the days I don't bike. I have plenty of energy and though I'm slow (I'm in my mid-50's) I can go for a long time. So, I think the Telomere supplement helps. Astragalus is a good herb anyway to take for the immune system,, and I bought an additional product that just contains astragalus to take later in the day since this product is just 2 capsules once a day. Overall, I think this is a good product and I will buy more in the future.

I have been taking this supplement for a month now and I do feel overall good if not really good. It not a specific improvement in any one health condition but just an overall increase in energy levels and overall improvement of my mood. My junk food cravings are even diminished, so I have lost a little weight. Pills are flavorless and go down easily. For the money they are worth it. I will keep using these for life.

I just got it a couple days ago! How can I give a review! That only thing so far I have acid reflux with this pill! Never have it before! I wrote this review before didn’t give a chance to know how good is this product! After one week works really good I was nervous before and I don’t know if is just mentally but is working really good! I just received my second order( oh I want to say I’m taking only one a day). Hopefully works for everyone!!

12 days of use developed intestinal issues . Stopped using and normalcy returned in 6 days. Tried again for 4 days and issues returned. Be careful when buying.
