I was between medium and large size so bought both sizes, I have wide palms but slightly shorter fingers. The only difference between M and L size I noticed when wearing was finger length. They fit very similar around the palm, very similar tautness for example. So medium was the size for me, and I feel these sort of gloves should be a fairly tight fit anyway.If you are unsure to trust the gloves, you could test them by trying to cut something inside them, like a vegetable if you wanted. I did and the vegetable was not damaged from the knife.They feel good quality, but there were a couple of loose threads poking out from places on one glove. This is why I removed one star.Overall they protect you from cutting but not really from piercing. A small thorn or needle could still easily go through them for example. So bear that in mind with what you want to use them for.

These fitted well and comfortable to wear haven’t used them much but they work ( slipped with a Stanley knife) still have all my fingers

The problem with old fashioned chain Mail gloves is that after a few wet jobs they unravel and become really uncomfortable. These new gloves can be used for multiple cleaning jobs, equipment maintenance and the inevitable waste disposal after successful contracts.I tend to keep one pair of oil soaked gloves for maintenance, one pair for jobs and one pair for cleaning. Never clean them, make sure they are thoroughly drenched in dna from as many sources as possible (I wear mine on public transport). Excellent gloves for general contractors.

... it was supposed to have a medium and large, and they were both the same size. They fit my partner and are just about ok for me, but a larger pair would have been useful.The gloves themselves seem fine, though haven't used them properly yet - we bought them for whittling wood primarily. If they had been an M and an L, then I would have been happy to give 4 or 5 stars.

Very well priced and good value. Thought they might be a little light but no-they worked and so very happy with the purchase.

Comfortable to wear, and gives good protection to hands . Getting one pair medium the other pair large is a bonus , one pair to use in kitchen preparing food, the other pair for husbands hobby’s in garage . Wash ok no complaints at all.
