Hello, the button at the end of the powerhouse is the power switch, which is controlled to be on or off by a short press. On off button came off after one use. How can I order a new one?

Is the handle waterproof? Or just the fibers?

I wouldn’t put it in water. Not the handle. I wasn’t aware that it had any parts that were/are waterproof. I wouldn’t because the handle is where the batteries are and the bottoms to toggle between setting and to power on and off. Also I’d imagine it would be hard to whip around while submerged .

Can anyone help me with where I can find the battery for this? Ive gone to 3 stores trying to ask... can someone link the exact batteries? plz!

If it is the whip it is in the handle and they are available batters 3
