A Great Product and Better Customer Service (with no followthrough)
Update 6/15/22: So the product is still great, though the filter could last longer, but this update is about the supposedly great customer service. After the whole mess below and Wingsol offering to send me a free replacement filter to make up for the issue with the adapters, they then asked me to upvote 50 or more of the reviews on the product page and they'd send a second filter as well. However, when I didn't end up doing that, they just decided to not even send the promised singular replacement filter. So... still a good product, but a less than reliable company. Do with that grain of salt what you will.First, let me say that now that I actually have this ON my faucet, it's working fantastic. I've always used Brita and Pur before looking for a less obvious alternative in desperation, because those two major brands were always such mediocre quality. I'm talking inevitable leaking, fit issues, flow issues, etc, every time. We got the Wingsol one on the faucet and it fits perfectly, it's really convenient in how it can be pushed to one side or twisted up or down out of the way, the water flow through the main aerator is strong and steady, and the flow through the filter is quick (but not so quick you worry it's not actually being filtered; when you turn it off there's still a light trickle that comes out for a few seconds because it came through the filter as you were turning it off.)And the taste is exactly what I hoped for. We live in a rural "city" in the Deep South, which means atrocious municipal water quality and frequent boil-water notices. The tap water as-is tastes awful and I don't actually want to imagine what's in it. Run through this filter, the water comes out crystal clear and tastes as good as if not better than purified bottled water. Now, this took a week to install--but that's not the product's fault. Turns out I have a slightly weird faucet. When I contacted the seller because none of the adapters had fit, they responded really quickly to every message and found an alternative adapter on Amazon for me and offered to refund the cost of it or send a free filter (I chose the free filter.) When the alternate adapter arrived and STILL didn't fit, they tried to help me figure out why, and then offered for me to purchase one of their under-sink systems which would be 100% refunded after reviewing. (They didn't even ask specifically for a positive review, just that I leave one.) Since we're renters and we've never messed around with the under-sink deal before, we waited a day to try a couple other things and ended up finding an adapter that worked with the weird thread style on our faucet, so there was no need to take the other offer when we already had this and it was working great, finally.Overall, the product itself is exactly what I needed it to be (love that it's stainless steel, maneuverable, easy to change the filter), but the responsive and attentive customer service really made what would otherwise have been a really frustrating experience absolutely gold. (Shoutout to Steven at Wingsol for being a solid dude and great customer service agent. Y'all need to give that man a raise.)Definitely recommend this, and by far over the overly-hyped Pur and Brita.

Great faucet water filter!
I just received this yesterday and installed it on the faucet to my kitchen sink. I am very happy with the structure of the filter housing and parts and that it is ALL stainless steel! A friend and I were just discussing the other day about how many "plumbing materials/items" are made of plastic these days and how they do not hold up as well as stainless steel and other high quality metals that were once used frequently for plumbing materials/items in the past. You can still get plumbing materials made of high quality metals, but not as often or as cheap as you can plastic. But I still think it is better to pay for quality over quantity in the long run. The price for this faucet filter is not extremely expensive but it is on the little bit more expensive side for a faucet filter, but not by very much! I still say it is worth the money because of the quality of faucet filter you get! I will say I had a bit of difficulty installing the filter, only because the washer that is between the filter housing and the part that attaches to the faucet fell out and went down my drain. Unfortunately, there was not a replacement washer that came with the filter so I had to go to a Harbor Freight near my house and find a washer that fit. The washer did not cost much but it would have been nice to have had a spare like there were spare washers for the part that attaches to the faucet. Once I found a washer that worked the installation was easy! I did have to use a pair of channel locks to ensure that the filter was tight enough on my faucet. But it did not take much to tighten it. Once fully installed, I let the water run through the filter for about 5 minutes as instructed on the instruction manual that came with the filter. I got the model that has the filter that reduces heavy metals and makes the water pH more alkaline. I have always tried to buy bottled/packaged water that was considered to have a pH that was more alkaline not only for the taste but also for the benefits that alkaline water is claimed to have. I could tell a tremendous difference in the quality of the water with just the first use! There was no longer a chlorine smell and the water tasted so much better! Personally, I believe it even tastes better than bottled water! So far I am very happy with my purchase and plan to purchase more from this company in the future! I will most definitely purchase replacement filters for this unit that are for reducing heavy metals and increasing the pH of the water to make it more alkaline.

Great Value!!
I love the water filter! We have used a water pitcher with a filter for years. Having filtered water coming straight from the tap is so much more convenient! The multiple sized adapters ensured there was a great fit for my specific sink. The adapter was a little tricky to get lined up right and tight enough when screwing it on, but it has definitely been a great value for the money I paid.

Crystal Clear Water at the Turn of a Tap
I can’t speak highly enough about this alkaline pH water filter. From the moment it was installed on my kitchen sink, the difference in water quality was immediate and undeniable. The taste is incredibly clean and refreshing—no chemical aftertaste, just pure, smooth hydration that makes you want to drink more water. What truly sets this system apart is its easy installation and maintenance. It’s compact, doesn’t take up unnecessary space, and blends seamlessly with my kitchen setup. No more lugging bottled water or worrying about the quality of tap water. Plus, knowing that I'm giving my body cleaner, more alkaline-balanced water every day gives me peace of mind.If you're on the fence, don’t hesitate—this is one of the best investments you can make for your health and home. It is highly recommended to anyone seeking a simple, affordable upgrade that delivers a lasting impact.
