BANZAI Kids Inflatable Mega Boxing Gloves, Red Blue

Very cool and sturdy but part of glove did break

Despite myself wanting to use them, they were exclusively used by children between the ages of 4 and 9. They were a blast for about 20 minutes. The kids LOVED them. Quality is not there however. I was expecting them to last since they are name brand. Banzai has been around forever. After 20 min of use by children one developed a large hole in it. After another 20 min, the second one followed that example. One of my kids received a 2 inch scratch on the side of their face After being struck by one of the inflated gloves. After investing why, I found there to be several spots on the glove that have a rigid edge. Couple spots where you can see the plastic seams and the place where the blow hole is to inflate. Although there were no life threatening injuries, I do not see these as safe for kids. And they are not durable enough for teenage use since I watched my kids pop them.

Adorable idea and lots of fun but one glove broke after like two punches. I returned the gloves and was refunded asap.

If you grew up in the 90's/early 2000's you HAD these. By far one of the best purchases I've got for me kids. Kids LOVE these. Quality is good actually, and they were easy to blow up, we did not have to use a pump.

Coming from a mother who does have a child in MMA and got this for fun MMA school games... These aren't as child friendly as you'd thing. Their fists still punch hard and hurt if you dont punch straight on with a good form. If you are waving your arms around or fighting all crazy then some one will get hurt. The issue is whete their hand sits inside the glove. It doesnt have a lot of protection at the wrist and beg8ning of the glove where their actual hand is If they made it so it went more up.your arm and your fist sat closer to the middle of the glove it may work better. Still fun for teenagers who can understand proper form. I wouldn't say this is a good toy! The idea is fun and funny.

The packaging is very misleading. I purchased it because I thought there were 2 gloves (no I didn't read in depth on the description) so when I got this, I was disappointed it was just 1. They are fairly easy to blow up I guess since you have to do it yourself and so far have not had any issues popping or any of that. I'd say its a good small gift to give someone if there are looking for a single pair only.

These are SO much fun! I got these for a nine-year old's birthday party and everyone had an absolute blast with them. The kids loved them and so did the adults. They were easy to inflate and I did not have any problems with them deflating or leaking. We blew the up early in the morning around 9 am and we were all still having a blast with them late in the evening. If you are interested be sure to order two boxes because one box has two gloves. Even after the birthday party we are still having family fun with these.
