Quality metal sign and well worth the cost. Displayed the sign as a tongue in cheek humor hoping that it would at least deter neighbors that continually drive/walk across our property, despite being asked not to. Have never called the cops on them. Well, surprise surprise, two days after the sign was erected on our border fence, we were visited by no less than 4 cops who asked us, first politely to remove it, and then with threats of some violation. The sign was not visible from the public road. We still refused to take it down. Our annoying neighbors complained that the sign was upsetting to their kids who feared for their safety. Their `kids` are in their late teens and as they drive through our property, consistently throw empty beer cans out of their wreck of a car. Anyway, enough of that--- we have now bought another 3 `novelty` signs which say the same and placed them on tree's near the house. Their `kids` have now stopped driving on our land and the signs are still up.

We repurchased one this to replace the last one purchased that has faded. The replacement from the same seller is way smaller & basically cardboard. Very poor substitute.

It's amazing how people can read but pretend that they can't. So it does need some enforcement. My cabin is on a river where it's popular to float in the summer. Since my property is next to a road people think that it's fine to get out and drag their stuff across my land and even my deck. It's not. Public access is just a few steps away. So the sign is readable but only if people want to follow instructions.

I bought this as a christmas present for my sister, she's got this whole thing going on about not entering her room. So I though this would be a nice, slightly ironic, gift. I take it she liked it, seeing as now it's up on her door.I've only seen indoor use, so I can't really comment on how well the sign will hold up to weather conditions. What I can say however, is that the sign is made of metal, and is embossed. It looks to me like the same quality you'd find on a road sign.

I actually just purchased this after someone tried to break into my home while I was there. Luckily when they saw me they took off, but I figured, why not give them some warning in case they debate doing it again. If I was a dirty, lowlife, criminal scumbag, I'd probably choose the house where I'm unsure whether or not they own firearms instead of the one that blatantly says, "Violators will be shot, survivors will be shot again." Granted, most robbers aren't very smart, but you can't dumb it down any more than this.

I've had this kind of my window for a year and a half now. It totally freaks out my neighbors in my building. I don't live in the best part of town. I know the local police officers they come around often. They get a kick out of this sign, along with my others. It makes me look like a crazy redneck and that's what I want to feel safe. I do believe having this sign up in your window will protect you a little more

Well made sign. Got a comment from the police officer that responded to my home alarm that was triggered by a trespasser who went into the house. She told me over the phone "I'm outside the house and I don't want to be shot, can I approach the house?". I only wish the trespasser could read. Maybe he can learn that skill in jail. HA HA

Bought this for my brother for a present. I gave it 4 stars for the quality of paint and thickness of the metal. I can't give it 5 stars because I don't know how good it will hold up long term, but I'm very optimistic.
