NOT for standard plates
Very dissatisfied, the description suggests this can be used with standard bar and plates, but this is not the case, you can ONLY use Olympic plates with it.Very poor experience with the company who would not issue a full refund despite the unclear description. Avoid.

It only fits a 2inch base plate
I don't know why, perhaps because it didn't say in the description, but i thought the post would be for a 1" base plate as i wanted one for a 1" bar. I don't have any 2" plates and they're very expensive to buy, so i'm not gonna do that just for a landmine post. I will make a base from concrete, but just be aware it only fits a 2" base plate!Otherwise - it looks good!
