Easy shifting with two crank rings.
This item works with both single and double cranks. Even though Shimano states otherwise. It takes a little finagling but I use a 32/44 crankset and this gives me more than enough range. I do not use the last two cassette cogs (the black ones), with the 44 because the derailleur is stretched too far. That means the chain length is smaller; however, a longer chain makes the 32 get too close to the 11 cog. So the best setup is to use the 10th cog as the last cog for the 44 when deciding chain length.

Works great once setup correctly. It took only a few minutes to install and about 10 minutes to adjust to my bike.
