I am taking the first month package. My acid reflux problem is getting better. Before, I took two Zantac per day, now I don’t have to unless I get acid reflux at work. I will give it a try for another month.

I felt very dizzy after taking it for few days. I only took 4 pills at a time. I even reduced it to 2 pills and still made me dizzy. I just wasted my $80. I am not sure if this is actually made in Japan. Not worth it. Don’t waste your money. See the doctor or try other natural product like honey or turmeric

Taking this supplement to boost immune health particularly from white turmeric and bitter melon extracts.

My father has been taking these for a few weeks now and he says he definitely feels a difference. I give 3 stars because while he does feel better the discomfort in his stomach is not 100% gone. He says its more of like 60% - 70% gone. Overall this product works well.

Should have this direction on every box:“For the best results, take 1 packet on an empty stomach with water twice a day” instead of “take 1 packet twice a day” so people will know the direction “empty stomach & with water” clearly
