Nice shaver wish it was a little bir bigger

Works great! You have to twist the the little knot on the front for finer ice. If you don't you can't complain that it isn't snow fine ice because it was user error. The machine works beautifully. I have made snow cones daily since we got it because we've seen 90+ temps since May. I so recommend putting the button in reverse for just a second every little bit to keep it flowing nicely. When the lid ia opened to a certain height it also shuts odd to keep littles from reaching in and getting cut. I don't let my kids use it without supervision. Makes a ton very easily. Get the Hawaiian store brand syrups. They're way better than others.

It makes ice, chunky, fine, snow cone ice. But for the price Im sure there are cheaper ones out there.

Great ice shaver

Purchase it for a back to school event. It started freezing up and had to return it. I will be ordering a new one, but.

Well i loved this ice shaver while it lasted. However this one was the 3rd one ii had to buy in 3 years. And at 200 plus dollars a pop that’s just not acceptable to me. So if u want a product that lasts longer than a year dont buy this one. It will disappoint you.

I’ve had this ice shaver machine since 2022. It has help up to occasional use for events like field day and picnics for 60+ kids and adults. I don’t like that it’s make of plastic because it may not hold up to heavy use. I tried to get the warranty to replace it but there was confusion on who should provide the replacement. Which technically should have been the company but they kept claiming Amazon had to replace it. I was having issues with pieces of black plastic falling out of the machine when it was running. Which is dangerous. I’m looking to replace this for something more sturdy but at this price point it’s a decent starter machine.
