Good seed for parrot
Our African Grey parrot gets 1/2 cup of seed a day. This is NOT her primary food though. She also gets fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, Almonds and other food at the same time. That said, she enjoys her seed. We usually mix several different brands of seed to give her a variety. We have had her 28 years now and she is a healthy, happy bird. This seed has always been a small part of her daily diet.

A lot of filler
Not a great mix for parrots - lots of filler with some corn and sunflower means lots of waste. My Amazon eats less of this than other brands.
