Organic Turmeric Powder w/natural Curcumin

Yes, this is my second order of this turmeric. For my needs, the quality is exceptional.I use the turmeric powder in my cooking, mostly vegetable based soups.But ... the real reason I buy this specific turmeric powder is for my health. Every morning I put a teaspoon of the powder in a hot cup of green tea. The powder dissolves easily but I keep the spoon in the cup to continue stirring it as I drink the tea on an empty stomach. One teaspoon once a day is all I need.The reader of this review can do an internet search for the "health benefits of turmeric", read up on it, and if it is something they want to try, discuss it with their doctor first.I also eat low glycemic and I exercise every dayI will continue using this specific product because I appreciate the quality and the large size.
