Contact cement on the tucked-in edge of the stripped grill. Trim aroun so it will not touch the driver's suspension. This cloth is thick. Tricky to work with. I used it on BOSE 901-3. Elegant.

Will this cloth allow infrared beam to pass through?

I going to guess that the weave is open enough that IR controls may work through it, but maybe only if it's a straight-on shot. Not sure how IR at an angle through this cloth would be. An alternative would be to use an RF control in place of the IR control.

What would be the best product to glue/stick this down to a large board with several speakers mounted within the perimeter? Contact cement?
