The negatives first, the storage capacity of 64GB is poor, so have to use and SD card, for more. But it does say that in the description. i've done test against a Chromebook, which are supposed to be lightning quick, this is 6 secs slower, from boot up, to be in use, so quite quick. it's a great all rounder, i've had mine for about 3 yrs, never had an problem and it's beautiful and light. Of course you can always get a lemon, but this has being a really good buy for me.

pleased with my purchase. lightweight, use to set up. Like the keyboard keys, nice and smooth for typing. Battery life is not what I was hoping for but charges up fairly fast. Would recommend.

Got this laptop just to use for simple word documents and work, its fantastic. I was nervous as other reviews suggested the Microsoft office was not included. I didn't know how to set up the Microsoft office that is apparently included and there was no clear instructions. The Microsoft office that is advertised is only the online version, so I wouldn't recommend buying this product just for that. In general its fantastic and lightweight with a really long battery life. Very good product overall.

My daughter had this for her online school work. She loves the size and the way it looks. She uses it for Google classroom, google meet and internet browsing plus Netflix and YouTube etc. Petfect laptop for teenagers.

I bought this laptop for my great granddaughter. Her current laptop at the time was adequate but she had a few issues with it regarding storage etc. She is delighted with this new one. She is able to do her school work as well as entertainment with no holdups on storage and speed. I’m delighted for her A good purchase. Thank you

A few compromises such as the HD being eMMC and capacity expansion via SD but this is just a great value, reliable, robust laptop. I use this much more than I expected for not just me but the kids also watching Netflix. Viewing angle not great for multiple people but again - great value for money.

For a cheap computer I guess it's OK but the necessary compromises on quality and performance are inevitably frustrating. Basic office software and web browsing is fine but predictably slow (occasionally there's some lag time when using MS Word). Music and video playback sometimes freezes. I wouldn't travel with it as the shell feels like a thin, flimsy plastic. As a back up for occasional use this is OK and using an SD card or the cloud for storage means it has its (limited) uses.

Great price but using a couple a month and face some isues. Quite slow, sound button sometimes doesnt work. Better invest a bit more but have quality item.
