Please be careful as the 1 year subscription of Windows Office 365 (which is supposed to be included) wasn’t included when I purchased this laptop. I took it up with both Amazon & HP and eventually got a partial refund from Amazon. Amazon were meant to stop this happening to others but looking at feedback left since my experience nothing much has changed. Hope this helps.
