Will I be able to make more than one pan of cookies or do I need to chenge it every time?

It will depend on how hot your oven is for the cookies.  Even though the package says the paper is safe up to 450 degrees fahrenheit, mine starting smoking at 400 degrees after about 8 minutes.  If I were you I would buy the King Arthur parchment 1/2 sheets.  They cost more but are safe and can be reused several times.

Deep Fried Paper?
I'm so curious as to why you want to Deep Fry paper and what your doing..you mean wrap food in it like a parcel like they do to be cleverly French? And then fry it all?
I'm wondering 
You know since the oil is sealed off the food ot ends up steaming in the heat of the  high  oil temperature 
Why not save cash and skip the messy oil and  use water under a steamer basket .
Same results as the foods wrapped on parchment paper
UNLESS it's the oil soaked greasy crunchy fried paper your wanting ...I  guess it's a 
Secret delicious recipe or " THING " I've yet to hear about
