Where is it manufactured

It’s made in China, private labeled for Amazon and surprisingly poor quality. Some of the dishes came damaged and because of the immediate need for this and disruption with COVID-19, I asked if I can keep the damaged in exchange for some discount given the delay in receiving a new order and they repeatedly said no, which made no sense to me. If this was not an AmazonBasics product, Amazon would probably have allow the discount or force the seller take the loss. This showed me that it’s not better but worse to buy an Amazon private labeled products. Opposite of my experience with Costco For their Kirkland product. Mind you, I purchased 3 sets and and 2 of the sets came damaged. What bad customer service and business approach.

Received 18 pcs. sky blue stone ware for Christmas gift and two dinner plates are broken. How do I get replacements?

Return the whole set and they will send a new set.
