Amazon Basics Washable Comforter Blanket, Reversible Lightweight Microfiber All Season, Twin/Twin XL, Navy/Sky Blue

This is my 3rd one of these comforters. The price is good, I figured if they only lasted a year it was a great buy. However, I bought the first 2 over 2 years ago in 2015; the black/gray for my oldest grandson, and the orange/brown for my 2nd grandson. They are a med weight comforter, which is great for my hot blooded grandson as well as the cooler grandson. Also my daughter is able to fit both comforters in her washer at once. Some of the thicker comforters would be too crowded and not wash or dry as efficiently. BUT here is the REALLY BIG DEAL about these comforters.. My grandsons are extremely HARD on everything!!! BUT these comforters have truly stood up to all that my grandsons have dished out. For the first few months, one of the comforters was washed several times a week, sometimes daily, due to bedwetting, ALSO my daughter is regular about changing her household beds every other week, so they are still being washed quite frequently and they have absolutely stood the test! They still look and feel great. The colors have not faded, they haven't lost their shape, no shrinkage, the batting is still in great shape, no pilling, or napping. They come out of the dryer wrinkle free. What more can you ask for? And at this price??? So now that grandson number 3 has graduated into a "big boy bed" I was very glad to find that Amazon was still offering these comforters and I have just purchased our 3rd one, this time in the two shades of blue. My daughter couldn't be more pleased. I am thinking about getting 3 more, (1 of each) just to put away for when these finally do wear out. You can't beat the price for this kind of quality!

Very lightweight and soft while keeping me warm.

Warm, comfortable and nice and thick for a good nights sleep. Doesn't feel cheaply made like a lot of comforters in this price range. Highly recommended.

For the price, this comforter is great. Variety of colors, standard sizes, and average quality stand out. For full transparency, this quilt is not thick, but it is great for the summer months or for hot sleepers. Queen size for a queen mattress is average, but I would probably get a king size just to have some extra coverage. Quality feels fine - about what you would expect for the price. Soft enough, but not exactly "luxurious". Overall, just a good, basic comforter.

My old comforter started getting that yellowish tint to it and I tried bleaching it. I tried washing it no matter what I did it’s still never looked white and so I was looking for a replacement that was affordable, but had good reviews and I went with this Amazon basics reversible lightweight comforter, and I have not been disappointed! It is so comfy and washes really well!

I ordered - AmazonBasics Reversible Microfiber Comforter - Full/Queen, Black AmazonBasics Reversible Microfiber Comforter - Twin/Twin XL, Burgundy I bought this for our ‘teens’ room. We have 3 in/out of the house. My boyfriends 2 kids and my nephew, however not often all together. So we have 2 beds one full and one twin. I was trying to find a color pallet that everyone would be ok with. The black/burgundy seemed like a nice fit. All bedding was Amazon Basics bedding. I did the burgundy sheets on the full bed with the black comforter. And the black sheets and burgundy comforter on the twin bed. My hope in ordering all within one manufacture that the color scheme would match. Not quite so. As you can see the color of the sheets vs. the color of the comforter is different. The sheets have a nice deep color, whereas the comforter is a dull rather unhappy color. It seemed so in the pictures online, but I know that sometimes the color hue can vary with online. So I was hoping they both being Amazon Basics that they would match. Not so. Believe the other reviewers. I have washed the sheets, but not the comforters yet. My fear in this is so far both sets of sheets have had pulls in the first wash. After seeing some of the other reviews about the comforters I am afraid to even wash them … now I am left in a pickle. I can’t return the sheets … should I bother with the comforters or just suck it up until they are unusable and go Walmart brand with next round (which has never let me down before). Would I recommend … probably not unless this was more for a disposable thing. If you were looking for a cheap one/few time use item, then maybe. It depends on again your purpose. If you want it for daily use, you may want to rethink. I will update should I have any changes as the kids use. My hope is that we have them weekends and so I will get some life out of my money spent. Pros: beautiful deep color on sheets soft feel Fits correctly Cons: pulling after first wash (sheets) Color doesn’t match comforter (more comforter issue than sheet) [burgundy only] I do quite a bit of my shopping online, particularly at Amazon, so like you I depend on reviews to be honest so I can make an informed decision. Super soft and comfortable. Very lightweight thankfully. Overall, it was exactly what I was looking for. Just wish they had more patterns/colors available! Fit is perfect for my king sized bed.
